We enjoy catching up on TV series in the afternoons, heading to the movies, or hitting the beach on the weekends. We try to keep the place tidy so we appreciate your help vacuuming and mopping once a week and keeping the kitchen clean for the next person. The bedroom fits a queen size bed, has a built in robe, and there is extra storage available in the spare rooms and hall closet. You will only share the bathroom with rare visitors. Should you desperately need a bed, we have one in the guest room we can lend you until you can find one of your own. The living area is air-conditioned to help us survive these ridiculous heat waves. Rent will be $140/wk (2 weeks paid upfront) and paid via scheduled transfer. We hold the lease until February 2018. Happy to negotiate a space in the garage if you need to lock up a work vehicle.
