This is a two story house which has 3 bedrooms with large built-in wardrobes in all. I have 2 rooms you can choose from, one has electronic block out blinds the other is larger in size. It has very secure parking thanks to the electronic gate at the front of the 4 townhouses. However one housemate will have to park on the street. Close to public transport (busses and tram). It's about a 40min walk to Glenelg from my place. Glenelg Goodlife gym and General GP is only 10min walk away. I do have a dog so if you don't like dogs then this place isn't for you. Actually there’s a gourmet burger bar and Greek takeaway closer than that come to think of it (I haven't tried them). AVAILABLE MID SEPTEMBER The townhouse has lots of natural light, 2 lockable carports, 2 separate living spaces, gas cooking, gas hot water for the excellent shower, powder room, reverse cycle heating/cooling in each bedroom and the lounge, BIRs, big linen cupboard, front and back courtyards, second toilet off the separate laundry. I currently don’t have a microwave or TV by choice. Happy if you want to bring though, not fussed, but I don’t think we’d be compatible if you watch TV most nights. Sure, I miss a big TV screen sometimes, and love movies but I more prefer the idea and energy of playing card/board games around my extendable dining table. Hasn’t happened yet, but it could …. The one downfall for you would be that the second bedroom is kinda small and would best suit a double bed; a queen would be squishy but livable, but as I originally said, it's a spacious townhouse so there's plenty of room elsewhere. I’m security conscious and prefer to keep the front and back screen doors flick-locked at all times. Something that’s pretty important to me is a peaceful, quiet start to the day which means no morning radio or TV (that’s not negotiable). Also is a non-smoking household and we're not allowed pets. The location is great, close to the city, Glenelg, and the tram line is a 10 minute walk away. The bedroom on offer is quite small but fits a double sized bed, bedside table and cupboard/chest of drawers quite cosily. The house has ducted heating and airconditioning. The place has a massive backyard to sit and relax in on a nice sunny day. Except for the bedroom, the house is fully furnished. We share cleaning responsibilities; we take turns to vacuum and mop once a week, and just play by ear the other house duties, as long as everyone is pulling their weight, it's a happy place. We are both very considerate people, and it's been really easy living together. Our other housemate is leaving to live with her partner regrettably.
