I have bought a lovely 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom maisonette in Plympton and am looking for someone to rent out my spare room. The room for rent is unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished. The house itself has some lovely 1940's Art Deco features, a great size shed/ rumpus room, a good size garden and undercover patio area. The living space is a lovely open plan space and the kitchen although old is very functional, the bathroom is modest in size but has everything you need. Nearby is the tram (5 min walk to stop), buses on Anzac highway(5 min walk) and if you have a car to give you an idea of distance from things are as follows - Glenelg beach 10mins and Adelaide city approx 12mins, you can also walk to the closest Coles and the highway pub within 5 mins walk and Kurralta park shopping centre is about a 10 min walk.
