Hi we are looking to rent out our granny flat which is separate from the main house. It has a bedroom, bathroom, living area and a kitchen. It’s fully furnished. It would probably suit one person or maybe a couple, as there’s only one bedroom. We have young children that attend high school and primary school on the Southside. So we are not looking for party people. We are on 40 acres so if they have a pony and want to bring it that’s fine too, but will have to buy the feed at the moment. Unfortunately no other animals as we already have animals on our property. We both work in the public service in Canberra. We are looking for someone that would like to live in the country but still be close to Canberra. We are 20 mins away from Tuggeranong, on the Monaro Highway.

The apartment is close to community swimming pool and gyms and shopping places (Hyperdome) and restaurants are not too far either. All within 5-10 minutes of walk. The whole apartment including your room is fully furnished. House is equipped with evaporative cooling for the hotter months and heating for the cooler months. House includes big dog for pats.
Our house is on a quiet street, 10-15 mins walk from IGA and <5 mins drive from Greenway (shopping centre, DHS & DSS offices). There's a bus to there and Woden 1 min walk from the house. This is a 3 bedroom house, but one is an office/guest room. It's freshly carpeted and painted, and the whole bathroom has been replaced and retiled etc a few months ago. It's one shared bathroom, with a separate toilet. Your bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and large window. We could provide a bed and drawers if you need furniture, but otherwise it's unfurnished. There are 2 living areas (separate lounge and kitchen/dining), or 3 including the large pergola and backyard, so plenty of space for yourself/friends. We have air conditioning in the living area which works well in winter (haven't tried it for cooling yet). We have a large double garage, where you can park and/or store things.

Super good location massive supermarket around the corner. Close to kingston and manuka for takeaway. Walk up the chapman hill which is 2 mins away.
