I'm a 24 year old university student currently seeking two people to live with myself in our unit in Boronia. Our unit is in a very convenient location, 5 minute walk from the local train station and bus bay, as well as supermarkets (Coles, Woolworths, NQR and Dan Murphy's). It's ideal for students due to the easy access to public transport. Two of the current flatmates are moving out at the end of February and mid March, leaving two rooms available to rent upstairs. Tenants are responsible for their own groceries, we do not have a communal account for purchasing food. Our available rooms are on the second floor and is slightly on the small side but not uncomfortable or too restricting. Unfortunately I cannot upload photos as it is still occupied until the beginning of March when one of the tenants moves out. The bathroom upstairs is small with a shower and a bath that is functional, however relatively small. In addition to the bond ($587), $250 will need to be paid to us for your third of the furniture costs. Internet is unlimited cable with optus, costing $110 each month which is split between us. Utility bills are split evenly without exceptions. There are two air conditioners in the house, one being upstairs and one downstairs in the lounge room. The house has full ducted heating with vents in each room. Parking is out on the street, unfortunately there is only one secure parking spot in our garage. I'm fairly relaxed as far as cleanliness is involved, as long as the house doesn't become looking like a rubbish tip. Unfortunately we cannot have pets in our unit as much as we'd love to have one. Smoking is welcome, but only outside or in the garage with the door open if it's raining. Neither of us in our house smoke however. Drug use is permitted as long as no hard drugs are involved.
