Brand new home that has only been lived in since March 2017. The living area is open planned and airconditioned. The common areas are fully furnished, there's a small backyard requiring minimal maintenance (which I quite happily do). The house is located across the road from a beautiful wetland, with a footpath around the perimeter making for a peaceful walk with great views and it's only a 25-30 min drive from Newcastle CBD. There is off the street parking, however its not undercover. The empty room to be filled is approximately 3.2 x 3m with a built in wardrobe. For the most part, the rest of the house is fully furnished. However there is some room for a desk or the likes. There is limited internet, as I have a mobile dongle, am trying to organise with the landlord to have NBN hooked up.
