This is a cosy little unit built in 2016. It is 2 bedrooms (bedroom for rent has a built in robe). Very spacious bathroom with a massive shower. Living area and kitchen are all in one big area. This place does not have Internet but happy to look into it if you prefer. 3 min drive to the beach, less than 10 min walk to the train st. Fully furnished but bring along anything that makes you feel at home. Air-conditioned through out the house, little back yard with artifical lawn and a clothes line. The Southern Beaches are lovely all Year around. You can walk to one of the cleanest swimming beach in Australia. Fishing is good too. Walk to both trains and buses takeaway food places, top restaurants, major shopping centres, movie theatres gyms and all other amenities. The home is very comfortable fully furnished including linen. The bedrooms are private and large with double or queen beds. There's an enclosed rear garden with fruit trees and rose bushes.
