Lovely newly renovated, heritage listed home backing onto the Royal National Park, close to the train station at Waterfall. Terrific for bushwalking and in summer the beaches are close by and some great swimming holes. The yard is a good size for BBQs and during winter we enjoy the fire pit and a glass of wine with friends. We are only 4 houses in the street with very friendly neighbours.

Beautiful big fully furnished house with heated pool, hot tub and spacious garden very close to beautiful Bulli Beach and Bulli train station. We are a very easy going household with me (fulltime working health professional, and girls - Uni student aged 22 years and 14 years. 2 little doggies and an ocassional princess cat (see pic from top balcony).We are busy, independent and we come and go as we please. sometimes we get together for dinner or BBQ, but usually it is all very unpredictable and easy going. The beach is close by, within 5 min walk and very close to train (5 mins) that takes you to Uni or hospital in 13 minutes. We have had lots of uni students, international students, travellers and hospital workers stay here over the years.
lovely room for rent in bulli. the whole flat has been recently renovated. the flat is smallish, but very warm and cosy with a lovely north facing balcony and lots of plants :). i am 36 and occupy the other room in the house. i work full time, and there are 3 cats that live here also. the house is fully furnished, except for your room i will leave empty - but there is a newly built wardrobe for you there. not too much extra storage space, but i do have a garage, so a small amount of your stuff could be put in there. i am after someone quiet (no late night music on week nights!), clean, and respectful of other people. the 180$ includes electricity, water and unlimited internet. the room is big enuf for a double bed and whatever else you have. laundry within flat. onstreet parking. call me for more info. smokers ok. super close, as in about 1 minute from train station. and about 5 minutes from bulli beach :)
Nestled at the top of the escarpment, the rooms have lovely views over the trees and the ocean, and there is an abundance of bird life. The house is north facing with lots of natural light, and there is a outside setting for relaxing on the porch with a glass of wine or a good book. There is air conditioning to stay cool in summer and warm in winter. Easy access to walking trails through the rainforest, and only 5 mins drive to the beach.

This place is an absolute delight, I know it, you know it, everybody knows it. You will love this place if you are working anywhere in Sydney or in Wollongong, easy access public transport systems via a 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop or a 15 minute walk to the train station. The most to die for aspect of this property is the location to the nearest bowling club. We are talking a 5 minute ride on the shoe-lace express (once again walking) to the nearest Victoria Bitter (or other inferior fluids) watering hole. Go for a lovely drive along the coast road and experience the Sea Cliff Bridge up to Stanwell Tops and watch the hang gliders. Or travel south to beautiful Shellharbour for the day, the places to visit are unlimited in the beautiful Illawarra. About us and our expectations. It would be expected that whoever stays there keeps the accommodation and the enclosed outdoor area in a very clean and orderly manner at all times, with regular cleaning of the shower, toilet, vanity, floors, furniture, benches, sinks and outdoor flooring and furniture. This is a non smoking property. And definitely no pets. There is no parking in our driveway at anytime. The water and electricity are included in the accommodation with the realization of not wasting these resources by leaving them running is a must.
