The house looks small from the front but has 3 large thick walled rooms and high ceilings (which keeps the cool in during summer and heating through winter), a slightly smaller room near the back that has its own ensuit which is why the second room is $200. We have a decent sized kitchen, living area and a grassed back yard. We don't get in each others way but it has a very homie vibe. We've had a cleaning schedule in place that has been working out perfectly so the place is always clean, one person has one job a week and it is something we would like to continue. We are looking for fun, friendly, working professionals and / or students to move into our comforting little pad. We value mature and open communication between housemates, as well as mutual respect of schedules and property etc. I'd like this house to have a sense of community in it but also independence. I’m looking for a flat mate to join me and my little sausage dog in my Bowden apartment. Bowden is an up and coming area 2km from the CBD, with plenty of cafes and bars close by and free tram into the CBD. I would say this house has cute cottage vibes. It is all floorboards and tiles, there is an airconditoner,dishwasher and wash machine. We have Netflix, a BBQ, ping pong table and a good entertaining area :) It's a great location! Close to the city whether driving, cycling or traming in. We're a 10 minute walk to Plant 4 Bowden. If you often go to gigs we are very close to The Gov and the Entertainment Centre. There are few parks around and we're not far from bonython park and the torrens.
