Hello friends! We are looking for a cool gal to move into our new house. We have just been approved for a great 3 bedroom property at 110 Chief Street, Brompton. The house is free standing, 3 bedrooms, floorboards throughout, small low maintenance yard, 2 toilets and has a recently renovated kitchen and bathroom (kitchen with dishwasher & puratap; bathroom with gas hot water). Its is less than 4 kms to the city and close to the Ovingham train line (which takes approx. 6 minutes to get into the city). Your room would be bedroom number 3 on the floor plan. It is of a decent size (4m x 3.10m) and comes with a mirrored freestanding wardrobe if required. We have a house full of furniture (neutral coloured leather lounge, some cool vintage side tables, cow hide rug, artwork, a heap of indoor plants, large bookcase - just to give you an idea of the style of our things in case you are worried/curious!), so all you would need to bring is your bedroom furniture, but if you have anything you would like to bring, just let us know! The bills are additional to the rent and would be split between 3 people. We currently have an internet plan with Spintel, but would be happy to upgrade to a larger plan when we move in depending on your needs. Looking for an easy-going housemate to have a laugh with! :-) I am moving out and so I need someone to replace me. The flat is situated in North Adelaide about 1 minute walk to O'Connell street. If you don't know the area well the unit is close to the cinema, supermarket, gym, cafes, restaurants and pubs. It's also about a 20-30 minute walk into the city or a 5-10 minute bus ride. The unit is in a great area for public transport. I love living in this area because it's close to everything. Jini, the housemate who's staying, is a friendly, 29yr old, that loves to sit and have a chat or eat dinner together at the end of the day. She also likes to go out for dinner and drinks occasionally as well. Annnd she knows the value of having your own space. Jini is looking for someone who is similar in that they are happy to share the cleaning, likes being sociable and is easy going. She doesn't mind if you are female, male, studying or a working professional but no pets are allowed. It's a small place with no back yard but an outside washing line. The room is unfurnished, you would need to organise your own. It's small but enough room for a double bed. The bills are very manageable. Unlimited internet which would be split between you. Hi there, We live in a 3 bedroom townhouse in Brompton and have 1 bedroom available -unfurnished. The existing housemate is looking to move out in mid-December and the room is situated upstairs. It has built in wardrobes and a bathroom to share with one person. The house has effective air conditioning/ heating, modern open plan kitchen, dining and living room with a toilet and laundry downstairs. Back yard is a paved area and we have a double garage (currently used by two housemates) as well as off street parking in the complex. We have Wi-Fi for extra cost and also currently engage a cleaner every 3 weeks for $75 all up. Electricity and gas bills are not included in rent. The suburb is brilliant and only a 5 min drive from the CBD, walking distance to gyms, Plant 4 (indoor food market), OTR, Foodland, Entertainment Centre tram stop (free tram to city). If we are very lucky, the Ice-cream truck sometimes ventures down our street in summer 😆 Sorry, unfortunately no pets allowed (fish would be okay). Non-smoker only please.
