I have a furnished room available situated in the front upstairs area, and opposite a bathroom and separate toilet which is shared with one other . Nice outlook and safe area. The home has Air con through the Summer and there is a pool to enjoy as well outside with nice outdoor area. There is Wi Fi throughout the House that is included in the cost for the room, as are the Electricity ,Gas and water , all inclusive. Buses to the City and Chatswood are between 5-15 minutes walk, as is the local Forestway Shopping Centre. The room must be kept clean and tidy , I do have cleaners that come through the house once a month but in general it helps everyone if we all keep the house tidy between them coming as well . Same in the bathrooms, keep them clean after use is appreciated . I have Fox on my lower lounge TV , and as long as no one using you are welcome to see whats on and enjoy.

From our big balcony to the front of the house we have views of long reef beach and out the back we have a very large multi level backyard with a built in stone BBQ, fire pit, and veggie gardens. On the lower level of the house we have a rumpus room with a pool table an a garage with plenty of storage and mini gym set up.
