The house is very close to train station and the centre of Pakenham. The room is unfurnished and a good size with built in robe. Ducted gas heating for the winter, small yard so not a lot of mowing. The place is furnished, nothing fancy but comfortable enough. We also have a pool table. You can use all the stuff in the kitchen the washing machine etc. House rules are no smoking inside and all dishes must be rinsed off before going in dishwasher. We also try to be mindful of electricity, gas and water usage. No parties.

The room currently has a queen bed in it and I can arrange other furnishing if required, or your welcome to bring your own stuff and existing bed can go into storage. The house is fully furnished. This place is close to the centre of Pakenham, on a quiet boulevard. the place is fairly modern so it has air con, ducted heating and fast unlimited internet. We have two small white dogs who don't shed, but are very friendly once you get to know them. We're fairly relaxed about house work as long as everyone cleans up after themselves.
Bills are split 4 ways evenly. We have Netflix and Stan for chills. A homely environment we occasionally go out for a shared meal and sometimes taco Tuesdays. Excellent internet. The house is lovely and bright with the kitchen dining and living in communal areas. Facilities are new including a newer washing machine, stove and fridge. The rooms are larger than your typical share houses with carpeted floors with aerials and power points in each room. Built in robes are huge allowing lots of room for storage within your room.
