The location of the unit/townhouse is about 3 blocks walk from the Strand and close to the CBD. The complex is quiet and predominantly filled with women in the other units. The room has a wardrobe with built in drawers (however no mirror), reverse cycle air-conditioning and a private balcony. I'd expect that you'd be a neat and tidy person, preferably working full time so our schedules are somewhat aligned. Nice little comfortable home, super close to the strand, close to castletown and domain and about 15 minute drive to the uni and 10 minute drive to stockland. Fully air-conditioned, wifi, private room. Sharing with one other person (me) I have a dog and a cat. Awesome neighbourhood, awesome neighbours. This home is cottage style. The room has a brand new fan, air conditioner, two windows, build in wardrobe and wooden floors. It is in a quiet suburb, which has easy access to day-to-day grocery supplies at Castletown Shopping World, Supa IGA, Otto’s Fresh Food Market, Family Life Organics and JCU is about a 15 minute drive away. It is about 4km from the CBD, major retail centres. The beautiful Strand / beach is about 5km away – easy cycle distance, and Castle Hill is even closer. We have a room for rent in an awesome apartment right on the river overlooking Flinders Street. The flat is fully furnished with the exception of your bedroom. Having said that, if you have living room furniture we would be happy to accommodate! The apartment complex has an awesome pool which is usually (surprisingly) quiet. The location is pretty much perfect - only a few minutes walk to both Palmer and Flinders street, and not too much further down to the Strand. The apartment itself is big and bright. We also have Foxtel and NBN which we all split, along with electricity.
