The house is stunning and rented through a private landlord- you will be subletting off Amy and Owen. Big, open windows, large kitchen, slate floors, heating in every room, dishwasher, deck out the back, ect. The 'sunroom' is the main high use area which has a dining table, couches and shared fold away desks. Joining the sun room is the kitchen - large with plenty of storage and two fridges. The separate large entertainment room features beautiful windows, ping pong table and Owens work area. We regularly set up the projector and watch documentary / movies in here. There is also a garden shed and large shed used for bike storage, camping equipment and a workshop for woodworking. There is a deck outside, with a pond which follows down the steps to that opens up to a grassed area and the veggie garden with compost. The front garden is also quite large. Amy and Owen occupy the driveway with two vehicles, Josue doesn't own a car, Navid parks up on the curb but rides his bike daily as does Josue. There is plenty of space to park on the curb but you need to go up the gutter. There is street parking but there is two 3 hour time slots during the day when it is not legal to park. Bush land across the road, IGA / shops 5-10mins walk away. The house is kept clean and we all contribute to the house by maintaining, fixing and actively improving the living space.
