We live on a small little-known acreage, about 3 km to Nambour railway station or 1km to the nearest bus stop, in an older but modern farmhouse. We have dogs, a cat and a bird called Lexie. We are close to bushland, so are often visited by critters. All of our rooms are large and spacious. We have a wood fire for winter and two separate living spaces. There is plenty of room to 'find a place alone' if required. There is parking in the nearby shed if required and lots of open views across the valleys and town of Nambour. The room is spacious, airy and has reverse cycle air conditioning. We have two bathrooms and toilets - one toilet is separate. Electricity and internet are included. Smokers outside please.
My (almost) 13 year old daughter and myself live in a lovely large old Queenslander in Nambour a couple of streets from the town centre. The offered space consists of a bedroom and own bathroom and personal fridge (as we have 2). It's a fairly large house with several rooms and some furniture. Please call me so we can chat and try to tailor a space to suit both budget and needs. We have a dog and cat so pets would not be suited unless a reptile, bird or something small and contained.
I've got for rent a fully self-contained granny flat underneath my home. Inside is a generous sized single bedroom with built-in wardrobes, an air-conditioner and ceiling fan, a bathroom with great water pressure, and a dining/living/lounge open area that has a kitchen off to the side. Kitchen contains no oven. Furniture includes a double bed and couch that folds-out into a double bed. There is a laundry area outside the unit that at the moment contains a non-functioning washing machine which will be getting replaced with the bond money. I'm also intending on purchasing a good quality electric portable stovetop and a fridge for the kitchen with help from the rent and bond very soon, unless the tenant has their own of course. Rent includes all electricity and unlimited NBN internet. Parking is excellent on the road or behind the granny flat. Pets are not ok, and smoking is to be done out-side only. Just outside the loungeroom window is a small beer garden and clothes line. Rent is to be kept two weeks in advance at all times. Feel free to let me know if you'd like to come for an inspection, but at this price including utilities, it won't last long.

This is a old Queenslander style house, it has four bedrooms. The lounge room, bathroom & kitchen would be shared spaces. It's a 10-15 minute walk into town which has shops such as big w, woolworths, coles, aldi, eb games and many more, there's also a train station/bus stop about 5 minute walk away too. Location wise it's really quiet on the weekends, my street would be classified as i guess industrial as there is alot of business's around but they don't bother me. One of the bedrooms has a cupboard and windows but no ceiling fan, it's can fit a king single comfortably and has a double bed in there but it was a bit tight. The other room has no cupboard space, has lots of windows & blinds & a ceiling fan, it has had a queen sized bed with two bed side tables & a chested drawers comfortably. The rent only cover's water & all other bills will need to be split evenly, such as electricity & internet if you want it, those can be discussed together. I have alot of furniture such as couches, a fridge etc but if you have furniture we can organize it so its fair on both of us. I'm a spiritual person & i don't shut down or hate any other beliefs or lack there of as i believe that's your choice and opinion, i just ask you do the same. All the rules about food and bills can be discussed together.

Hi guys. I have a brand new, 4 bedroom house in the Parklakes 2 estate in Bli Bli. I am 25 years old, a teacher and looking to share the home with friendly, easy going people. The rooms are large with ceiling fans and built in robes. You would have your own bathroom or potentially be sharing with one other if there ends up being three of us in the house. There are two living areas (a media room and a living/dining area) and an alfresco area, so there is plenty of space and privacy. I have furnished most of the house. You would just need to furnish your own room. There is plenty of spac for other bits and pieces and a spare room to store things. There is a cafe and a tapas and wine bar being built in walking distance from the street and a tavern and gym being built in Bli Bli near the IGA sometime this year. Rent is $180/week.
