My housemate is moving to her own place and so I'm looking to fill their room in a bright, split level Barton townhouse. It's a great location on a quiet street and walking distance to work if you're in the parliamentary triangle. There's a bus stop on every street corner and its close to Kingston and Manuka shops. The room is cosy but easily fits a double bed and has large built ins. The room is on its own level, all of which will be yours. This includes your own bathroom and landing area to do with as you please. The rest of the apartment has all the essential stuff, but there's room for anything extra you might have. There's a single lock up garage that I currently use, but street parking is available. I'm happy to share the use of the garage. The room is available from July 16. You would be expected to go on the lease, which runs until early January.

Super cozy Kingston apartment, close to everything you need - 5 mins walk to the Manuka shops, 10 mins walk to the Kingston Foreshore, ~20 mins walk to Barton APS offices and Parliament House. No central heating, but the panel heater warms the room up to a toasty temperature in winter (and there's a split-system in living area).
