It's 100m from King Street and right next to USYD/Broadway. Sorry for the bad quality of pictures but it's on a really nice street that is actually quiet and you can not beat the location. Kalamunda is a wonderful area with cafes, pubs and great weekend markets. It's worth considering a tiny bit more of a commute for such a relaxing sanctuary.

The bedroom has the en suite, no furniture in the room offered and I only have a small bar fridge for me, I am asthmatic and cant have any smokers around me, that includes anywhere outside so prefer non smoker with friends and family not smoking at the property.
Quiet neighbourhood. Nice outdoor area with bbq. Off street parking. Colour scheme is a bit dated (read 70's burnt orange kitchen?) but it is all very functional and works well. Gas cook top and oven, microwave and dishwasher. Gas heating in main lounge and ducted aircon throughout. Ceiling fans in the master bedroom and main living areas.
