Self contained studio space now available! This is a very unique 3 storey property in the Perth Hills. Only 10 mins from the airport and 25 mins from the city it is the best of both worlds. Overlooking hundreds of acres of natural bushland which is home to many kangaroos, the views from every window are quite spectacular. The large family home sits on a half acre bush block, complete with chooks, vege patch and fire pit. Two large outside decks provide many opportunities for outside living. The house itself has a large renovated kitchen and many separate living areas. Whilst our house is usually full of people, most of us will be away for 3/4 months from mid April and would love to have some people to stay. As it is a short term lease it would be ideal for travellers or interstate visitors who would like to stay in Perth for 3-6 months. We will be away for at least three months, possibly longer, and are open to a bit of overlap either side of our dates as we do have a lot of room in our very big house! The Perth Hills is a beautiful, rather unknown region, close to many walk trails, wineries, and tucked away cafes. It is particularly beautiful in our cooler months April to October.

Single bedroom available in large property with fully furnished lounge, kitchen (no microwave at the moment so if you have that would be a bonus!), and dining room. There is a washing machine, dishwasher and basic gym set as well. The room is large enough for a queen size be, with no inbuilt storage, however there is a spare room for storage, as well as a shed outside for any additional storage needs. The air-con goes to all rooms, and we have great neighbors. The yard has many fruit trees, with a large 2 car garage, lots of outside open parking with additional space for 3 cars under cover. Utilities are to be shared between everyone, and will be an additional $30 each per week for 3 people. However this could change depending on usage.
