CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP ...... International Students welcome. Its a lovely old home 4klm from the City. The bus feeds directly into North Terrace/Adelaide Uni/UNISA City East campus from Stop 10 on Magill Road and takes about 10-15 mins to get into the City in off-peak. This B10 bus is also on the direct route to UNISA Magill campus via Magill Road which would take 10-15 mins. The house is old and a bit cracked up but very comfortable and everything works. $20 extra (you will not be asked to pay any more!) covers all Bills including Electricity, Gas, Water and we have BigPond Cable Internet - very fast/your share which is 100gig/month is also included in the bills. Usually occupied by a female overseas student who wants the room back in February 2018, it is a cute/small room overlooking the large/spacious rear garden at the back of the house and comes fully furnished. We would love someone until the end of January/early February but would consider a shorter term for the right person. We are looking for a quiet, respectful person who can appreciate it's a pretty good deal for this part of the city.

My two housemates and I are seeking a roomie to live with us in a lovely old house in Beulah Park on a quiet street. We are a corner block and have lots of on road parking. The room is big and at the front of the house with a window. The room is carpeted and unfurnished. The room has no airconditioner or heater but as its an old house it stays cool in summer. Winter is chilly but we all just rug up and use little heaters. We have a nice garden that you can have a go at if you want to plant anything and also a fluffy angel of a cat. The house has one bathroom, pretty good internet, and the landlord and owners are super dooper nice and really easy going. ALSO our neighbours are awesome, an old italian couple who give us pasta bakes and let us use their mower. The rent is super cheap, 196.20 a fortnight to be very specific, and we are maybe 2 minutes walk from the bus stop.

THE ROOM.. is large, carpeted, high ceilings, big windows facing the street (to the east) and currently partly furnished (wardrobe, dressing table with drawers, bookshelf, bedside table – simple but functional) - you may only need to source a bed. THE HOUSE (1950's miner’s cottage/bungalow/maisonette) is cute, cosy and I keep it clean; nothing too fancy but it's comfortable. Gas hot water and cooking. Bathroom has a shower and tub. There’s also a little backyard and a second toilet down the garden path (adjacent to the laundry). The neighbours are lovely and the area is pretty awesome - it's a 6-min walk to the shops (Coles or Foodland), there's a bus stop at the end of the street (approximately 10-20mins to the city) and there are plenty of cafes/bars/restaurants/pubs/gyms/etc within walking distance. Parking is basically on-street for which residents have a permit however there’s also a shared driveway and the neighbours would be happy to discuss a suitable arrangement should the need arise. No air-con in summer is perhaps the biggest downside to the place but even then, it generally stays pretty cool or for the most part, a fan is adequate. I have a cat - female, 3yrs, desexed, black/tortoiseshell, short-hair, house-trained, friendly enough but mostly keeps to herself. No mess, no fuss. You won’t need to take any responsibility here.
