Very safe area close to Karingal Shopping Centre and McLelland Gallery. Situated a short 15 - 20 min bus ride from Frankston station, where you can take the Monash bus which is 5 minutes to Monash Peninsula Campus. All bills included in rent, you just need to buy our your own food.
