I have just moved to a lovely older home in Mosman Park, great location, park across the road, 2 streets from Station. A nice walk to the river and the beach is about 10 minutes’ walk. I share my home with my kelpie girl who could do with some more company as I work in Fremantle and spend the working day there. The house is rather nice, still putting things in place to make it workable and nice. The ceilings are high and airy, with plenty of storage space with big shed, courtyards and garden. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom which again is new and clean, even a bath.
Hi guys, I am moving out of my cute Cottesloe home to go over east. I am looking for either an individual, or even a couple, to temporarily take over my master bedroom for at least 5 or 6 months, with possibility of extension. The master bedroom is a large room at the front of the house, with 2 windows and its own split system heater/aircon. It comes fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, bedside table, dresser and drawers and cupboards. Rent would be $275p/w includes unlimited Wi-Fi and bills! It is a 3 bedroom house and one of the rooms is already occupied by a totally awesome housemate, James. He works a lot but is super chill and always good for a laugh. It is in a great location, a leafy quiet street with short walk to Grant Street Train Station (13 minutes into the city), plus close to bus stops, beach, UWA, bottle shops, pubs, IGA, gyms, parks etc. We do have another spare room which is unfurnished – if someone was interested in taking that instead. It is slightly smaller and does not have heating or cooling in the room. I can make a cupboard available but you would need to sort your own bed, etc. The rent for this one would be $200p/w which again includes bills and use of the internet. This is cheap rent for a sweet house in a prime location in Cottesloe! The house itself is recently renovated but still retains its cute 50’s charm. Has a big modern kitchen, plus a spare fridge out the back too. Has plenty of space for cars out the front and a massive backyard and small shed for storage. The whole place is fully furnished with the usual – TV, couch, dining setting, bar stools, washing machine, etc. plus a BBQ, outdoor setting, DVDs, Books, Iron & ironing board - simply move in! Both/either rooms are available from mid-July. The house is ideally located close to the river, the sea and the supermarket. It is a 10 min walk to the closest train station, as well as to the bus stops on Stirling Hwy. For those of us less inclined to walk, the 107 bus stop is 50-100m away from the house. As well as that, Coles and IGA along with Baker's Delight, Fish and Chips, kebab shops and the liqour store is also a 10 min walk away. The house is a period home, it has high decorated ceilings which are really pretty to look at while you are lying in bed. It also comes with a little, rugged garden, as well as a veggie patch for the gardening enthusiast. Or even if you're not an enthusiast, the garden is so low maintenance but looks extremely beautiful at all times. As well as that, the house comes with a resident cat - Puss Puss. It would be great if you also loved, or at least tolerate living with cats. ALL bills - wifi, water, gas and electricity is included in your weekly rent. We just ask for you to be environmentally friendly and use as little energy as possible
I've been in this Swanbourne apartment for a few years now and absolutely love it, it's got a lot of character (yes, almost every room is a different colour...) and is in an amazing location, right on the train line, upstairs from the best coffee shop in Perth and a couple of minutes from the beach. The apartment has timber floors, high-ceilings, ducted reverse cycle and lots of natural light. The bedroom is a very comfortable queen with a big built-in wardrobe, it's currently semi-furnished but pretty flexible if you want to bring your own furniture. Shared bathroom, comfy lounge and dining room and a nice little balcony that catches plenty of sun in summer and is very cosy in winter. There's off-street parking and a small store room (for bikes etc)
