I am pretty flexible with bills - can work into weekly rent or just pay as they come. Whatever suits best! You will need to get approved by the real estate and pay the bond to them on approval. There is air con in the main living area and the house is fully furnished apart from the rooms for rent. They both have built in wardrobes and a good sized bathroom to share. The house has side access if you have a boat/trailer etc you are welcome to park it out the back (gates are padlocked). It's a fairly new estate and the house is only a couple of years old and been kept in good condition. Good sized yard and plenty of space to park multiply cars off the street.
