No on site parking, however being the corner house means you're able to park in the street bays only metres from the front door. Looking forward to hearing from you! :) IMPORTANT POINTS FIRST - Your application will be pending approval from the real estate agent; therefore you must provide references, 100 points of ID, payslips etc. - Rent amount - $608.33 per month each (paid on the 1st of the month). - Bond will need to be decided by our agency – please ignore “Bond is 2 weeks rent”. - Whatever way you earn money is fine, but you must be able to pay rent on time. - The lease is for 12 months, which started in mid-May. The house has heating & air-conditioning, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is a workshop/garage out the back which you will have access to. The house has a balcony leading from the loungeroom which is lovely to sit out on and enjoy the view over the neighbourhood.
