The bus stop is just around the corner, a few minutes walk. It's only about a 10 minute drive into town. The property is very homely and clean and will be shared with one other and his pet dog. There is no smoking in the house. But there is a lovely backyard that you're welcome to enjoy and smoke out there. There is parking on the property. I would prefer a female flatmate.
