This house is perched on top of a hill, so you are up in the trees. The beach is a 20 second walk away (no exaggeration!) You can watch the colours of the sunset out the kitchen window. It has been my home for 4 years so it has all the things. Things to sit on; things to watch, read and listen to; things to eat off, bake with; things to wash and dry your clothes; art things. Oh but not the microwave thing. There is a dog who is large and white and fluffy and sleeps inside. She is The Maremma breed, a very loyal and instinctively protective dog usually employed by farmers to protect their flocks of sheep and chickens. She can't help over-protecting the house and its occupants. She barks a little when outside but is good during the night. There's heating and cooling in the lounge but not in bedrooms (although I have oil bar heaters you can borrow). I am big on conservation and minimising energy use but in the winter I make the house cosy and heated in the evenings. There's a big garage for storage. There's a built in wardrobe in the bedroom (mirrors too, and surprisingly, glowing star constellations on the ceiling.) Big back yard, BBall hoop, compost, veggie garden, olive tree.
