It’s a granny flat in the backyard with your own private access and aircon in the room! It’s a large size room that can fit a king bed, a desk, tv cabinet, large Chester draws and still have floor space. There’s a shed attached to the back that can fit plenty of your storage in it if needed. Large sized backyard if you want to have friends over for a bbq and drinks. There is even a secret tree-lined set of pathways links to The Kingsway and excellent access if you're into cycling or want to burn off some killojoules :D It's a townhouse at the back of a small tree-filled complex, which makes it very quiet... There is space in the garage for a bike and you can stack some extra boxes against the wall if you need the extra storage but you have HEAPS in your room. You will be sharing the main bathroom with another girl (which has a bath, shower and vanity) - who is neat and tidy so we are looking for someone to be the same as it's a shared space for you both. Above all we have a drama-free and drug-free home! We're not party animals (well not in the house anyway hehe) and respect is THE biggest part of this great place. P.S. A nice recently refurbished flat in Cronulla, only 5 minutes walk to the Main Street, Gunamatta Bay, or train station and only 10 minutes walk to South Cronulla beach.The Flat is fully furnished and shared use of all kitchen and lounge room facilities are available....Yes ...
