My place is close to entrance to Noarlunga express way , 5 mins drive to Noarlunga Train station, local bus stop 10 mins walk from house. Walking distance to supermarket (about 10 min) Doctors and Chemist walking distance. The house is double brick stays cool in summer. It is a basic 3 bedroom home, separate lounge, kitchen, one bathroom and separate toilet. Has a reverse cycle air conditioner in lounge, wood fire and gas heater. There is a BBQ to share outside in a small backyard under a long veranda. The main rule is that we clean up the kitchen after ourselves and share the general house choirs.
