The house is in a quiet street opposite a walking trail and located close to Werribee CBD. The room is large (3m X 3m+) with built in robes BIR, ducted heating and comes unfurnished. I am happy for you to bring living room / kitchen furniture also as I have just purchased the house. The house is within walking distance to Werribee town centre and is in excellent condition. I aim to keep it like that. The rent will be paid fortnightly and a bond of 1 months rent will apply up front. Bills are split evenly (water, electricity, gas) however, Internet is included in the rent and is unlimited. There are laundry facilities and the bathroom will be shared with 1 person as i’m in the master room with ensuite. I spend a lot of time working so you will have plenty of space :) I’m a professional male in my early 30’s and I’m looking for someone mature over 25 who is responsible, considerate and respects their home.
