It's a lovely one bedroom loft apartment with all mod-cons, dishwasher, washing machine and tastefully furnished. There is an outdoor setting in a small garden area. A short walk to the beach and local shops. Its situated in west Byron, so is quieter than the hub of Byron Bay town itself which is an easy bike ride away, or a walk either along the beach or by pathway. It would suit a single or couple in town perhaps wanting to find their feet in Byron and have time to look around for somewhere else in the area, or someone working here for the summer peak period. I am renting this place and would be very happy to have a respectful, easygoing person or couple to stay while I am away.
