It's a nice big spacious flat, with nice furniture. And you can see the lake. If you don't have a bed, I do have an alternative matress to throw on the floor, so it'll still be pretty cosy. I have a spare blanket, and I'll try to get some sheets if you don't have any. But I'm doing this with the intention of meeting people, I'm moving into Wollongong or Warrawong, maybe you might name your preference and would share a $300 + a week flat, I'd only want 130 to 150 from you, depending on what we land. The house is close to a bus stop and to Warrawong Mall and Lake Heights Shopping centre. It is fully furnished, just the bedroom is empty. It is safe and secure , in a neat tidy house 5 mins from central sheharbour near hospital the bus runs past my street, and will take you to the train 20 mins from the uni. An amazing modern house, which is so close to everything. It's an easy bus ride to Wollongong and also UOW/TAFE and we are very close to so many amenities, including Woolworths, restaurants, Pharmacy, bus stops, butchers, Country Grocers, Subway, Dominoes, KFC and Unanderra train station as well as a local RSL- all within 5 mins walk. We have a large entertainment area at the back with plenty of storage and a BBQ, we even have a pool for when the weather gets warmer. We have both heaters and Aircon in the house.
