Hi guys! Myself and Thea are looking for singles or a couple to join us in our new and spacious Kingston Foreshore 3 bedroom apartment. It is ideally located, close to the lake, parks, restaurants, cafes, gyms, and bars for all your social, exercise and 'romantic-walks-along-the-lake' needs, and is a 30 min walk / 10 min cycle along the lake to offices in the Parliamentary Triangle (say no to pay parking). All bedrooms are up for negotiation, however we are currently inhabiting the two smaller bedrooms, so someone taking the master with ensuite would be preferred. Rent for the whole apartment is $850/week not including bills, so we are pricing the master bedroom at around $300/week for singles or $350/week for a couple.
