The reason I like living in this home nestled within the rainforest , its quite , peaceful but close to everything the coast has to offer. The beach , Burleigh Heads 13 mins drive , Robina town Center 6 mins drive. With mudgeerabar even closer if you can't be bothered to facing Robina for those bits of shopping.. we have a great little coffee shop in Bonogin itself. Here at home we have heaps of living space inside and out with a pool to chill by. To make this work you will need your own car. We have a cleaner that comes once a week also the pool cleaner monthly.. Foxtel included-if you want your own box in the room there will be an additional fee for the difference. A/C we also have, Also log burner for the few cold weeks we do get here. The Internet I run through a pocket wifi which works for me.. The reception does depend on your phone carrier. I study full time and I'm also a full time athlete, so week days are usually pretty early nights and early mornings but love a few drinks and socialising on the weekends. My partner is a carpenter and works full time. We have three beautiful dogs and live on an acre so plenty of room for parking. The house is fresh, clean and has a spacious feel. It has a veranda that faces the rural view of hills and the lounge/kitchen space enjoys heaps of abundant light. The place is built for passive solar and is warm but attracts breezes. There is solar power and high speed internet, which is included in the rent. There is a second room with only drapes that can be shared as an office space, guest/yoga space or a treatment room.... open to translation. The house is furnished with a mixture of the owners things and my own with an Asian overtone including Japanese zen pebble garden and soak bath in the main bathroom. The area is quiet and has a tennis court and playing field nearby and is close to the Farmer's Market and town. It's a pet free, smoke and drug free home. The owner's has asked for a shoes off home... (They have had a dojo set up here and taught aikido.)
Looking for a friendly person to move into our lovely 4 bedroom country home on acreage at Canungra. The house is situated on a quiet street and is a 20 minute drive into Oxenford or Nerang, with Canungra township 5 minute drive. The house is all ready fully furnished and a double bed can be provided if required. One bedroom has its own ensuite (toilet & basin) however all rooms do not have inbuilt wardrobes (drawers and a stand alone wardrobe can be provided). The kitchen is large with a gas stove and large electric oven. There is a walk in pantry and plenty of kitchen storage, 2 fridges, microwave and dishwasher. Electricity and gas costs are split (approximately every 3 months). Being on tank water, during drought water may need to be bought which will be split evenly amongst us however this has not yet been required. The up-keep and maintenance of the garden and lawns, as well as the cleanliness of the house is our responsibility. In regards to internet, all of us use the data and hotspots on our individual phones to access the internet. Will consider pets if well behaved as my dog would enjoy a companion. Unfortunately the land owner does not want anymore horses on the property however there are plenty of places to agist nearby.
