The room is very private and is the whole lower level of our split level home. It is very large and interesting room with a great verandah with lovely views.

You would be living in a 2 storey villa in fabulous old Dunsborough which is renowned for its amazing beaches & national parks. The villa has ocean views across Geographe Bay to Busselton. It is a 300m walk downhill to the beach & the Meelup Regional Park with its incredible picturesque Coastal Walk is literally over the road. You will have the whole downstairs area which includes 2 bedrooms (you choose your bedroom), a separate bathroom, separate toilet & a living area. There is a spare queen bed available & a lounge whilst the remaining area is free of furniture. It is a shared kitchen upstairs. The villa has reverse cycle air-conditioning upstairs. A high speed wifi is included. Other utility bills are to share. The villa is pet friendly for a well trained small dog only. Small backyard available but ample opportunity for extended walks for the pooch. Enjoy a BBQ with a glass of local Margaret River wine from the balcony & take in the ocean & bushland.
