The modern 2-storey house is sunny and bright and is in very good condition. The unfurnished master bedroom features a spa in the spacious ensuite and has a very large walk-in robe. It also has its own little balcony, with space for a small table and 2 chairs. It is terrific house for separate and independent, yet shared living. The house's main balcony has views of the city, which is especially amazing at night. Internet is not currently set up, but something can be arranged, to make the costs either shared or not. Happy to discuss whatever. Both internet and phone reception at the house is excellent. You'll be surprised just how big a townhouse can be, plus it's only a short walk to shops, bus stop and a lovely park. 10 mins from wynnum/manly. 6 mins to Gateway Motorway and 25 mins to the CBD. If you're looking for a place to call home that's clean, comfy, quiet and relaxing, then look no further. This is not a party house, but we are sociable and friendly. I'm 40, single and I don't work atm but do some occasional cleaning/carer work. I enjoy cooking, movies, animals and seeing friends. I like my alone time but also happy to have a chat. Alex is 25 and works full time. Hes either at work, gym, out or in his room. He's friendly, clean and quiet. Neither of us smoke, drink or do drugs so we'd much prefer the same in our new housemate. Strictly outside smoking ok. Also living here are two desexed, clean friendly cats who mostly sleep. My cats are not typical cats. They've never bitten or attacked me and one fetches like a dog. The room is furnished with a QS bed, you have your own bathroom and the townhouse has fully ducted air conditioning and a pool in complex. There is public transport within walking distance, as is a shopping centre, and the Valley is a cheap Uber ride away, also the Manly foreshore is a short 10 minute drive away. The complex is tucked away in a cul-de-sac which provides plenty of parking, and it's just off Manly road. The rent includes foxtel w/movies, electricity and water. I do have a 6 year old cat, so unfortunately can't consider any pets.
We live in a 3 bedroom fully furnished house, with 1 large bathroom, off street parking, and a large backyard, and garden if you like to grow veggies, herbs, plants or flowers. The room is a good sized room, with double built in wardrobe, with large bedroom window, with a lovely outlook to the garden. We live in a great location of Birkdale, just minutes walking distance to the esplanade (waterfront) for walking, running, or bike riding, near lovely parks, close proximity to Birkdale Fair shops, Taven etc, the main road, including train & bus. I am also happy to rent the room furnished or unfurnished depending on your circumstances. The house has a real homely feel to it. Rent includes unlimited WIFI, Netflicks, Water, however require the electricity bill to be divided fairly between myself and the person (yourself) living here quarterly.
