The beautiful, large and peaceful house on the esplanade with views along the coastline make this a wonderful place to call home. There is a surf break right at the front of the property and plenty more up and down the coast. Running tracks and other activities are close by with McLaren Vale wineries only 15 minutes away and great farmers markets just as close. Nice 3 bed house in a quiet area. Close to shops and 3 minute walk from Seaford train station. Ducted evap aircon, NBN wifi included. Private bathroom and toilet. Room has tv connection if you want privacy, but the living room is available for full use too. There is a single daybed that can extend to double. If you have your own bed and furniture I can remove the existing stuff from the room for you. Kitchen has all mod cons and comfortable lounge area. Great outdoor area for parties or entertaining. Currently the washing machine is broken, there is a laundromat 3 minutes from the house. The machine should be repaired/replaced shortly after someone moves in. Must be an animal lover as I have 2 dogs.

Use of shared laundry and laundry appliances [washer/dryer/iron]. We also have a cleaner in fortnightly, vacuuming and dusting of rooms can be included if desired. Ample on street parking available.
