We live in a beautiful modern home very close to all facilities, train, bus, supermarkets, cafes, GP medical services, fabulous beaches [10 min walk] and the McLaren Vale tourist wine region. You will have your own furnished private room equipped with built in mirrored wardrobe, double ensemble bed, desk and chair. You will have use of second bathroom that includes a spa bath [shared with other tenant], reverse cycle aircon, NBN wifi internet. Use of shared second large home theatre living area and shared use of beautiful outdoor living area. Use of modern gourmet kitchen with Euro appliances and butlers pantry. Use of shared laundry and laundry appliances [washer/dryer/iron]. We also have a cleaner in fortnightly, vacuuming and dusting of rooms can be included if desired. Ample on street parking available. This area is well serviced with public transport, handy to UNI SA Adelaide, FMC, Flinders UNI and Noarlunga TAFE. The room rate is for single occupancy. We will consider a couple at a slightly higher rate of $230 /week.
