very cozy nice clean house, you will love this house if you are a tidy person:) you can see the city view from our yard and the house has 4 beds and you will have to share the bathroom/ toilet with 2 others. We live with a kitten and a puppy, they are well trained. The Bills are included to the rent and if you wanna use the wifi the rent is $135/week
