The backyard is a large space with a great big grassy area as well as the large cement patio out the back. It gets lots of sun during the day and can be really lovely to sit in. Conveniently located near a main street which has a Foodworks for all your essentials, a post office, newsagents, some really lovely cafe`s and a burger joint. The train station is just down the other end of that street. Not far from the house is Greensborough Plaza (only a 5 min drive) and Doncaster Shoppingtown is 20 mins in mediocre traffic. The room comfortably fits a double bed, two bedside tables and reasonably sized desk and chair. There's plenty of storage, wardrobe comes fitted with racks, shelves and draws.
