Hey guys, We are looking for a fourth housemate for our 4 bedroom house in Richmond as our housemate is leaving us to travel around Europe. The house is small, cute and cosy but the room is very spacious. There is room for a double/queen bed, possibility of the room being furnished if preferred! Emma is happy to sell some of the furniture to you if you need - bed, wardrobe, desk. Rest of the house is fully furnished and we have a pretty big back garden. We are in a great location for everything in Richmond and 100m away from regular trams into city. 10 minute walk from North Richmond station and a 10 minute walk to Victoria Gardens. We are a very sociable house! We enjoy having dinners together occasionally, watching trashy reality tv in the week and going out for drinks on the weekend. We would be looking for someone who is looking for a 'home' and not just someone we see in passing. We are looking for someone who is wanting to stay long term and who is willing to go on to the lease. No travellers/backpackers/students sorry! We also have no parking or car permits available. The rent is $787 a month including internet and the bond is $975.
I am looking for a housemate move into a 2-bedroom apartment on Bridge Road Richmond. I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy, friendly, and also willing to hang out, have fun and be friends! (Not someone who just wants a room and a bed to sleep in). The apartment is quite small so it is important we get along and hopefully become good friends. The apartment is located in a great spot, right next to Coles on Bridge Road/ Church Street, close to West Richmond Station and the 48 and 75 tram. The room comes with a car park in the underground parking complex downstairs. The apartment block also has a gym and theatre located on the ground floor.
The apartment is in a great location, just next to Bridge Rd with the 48/75 trams getting you into the city in around 10 minutes. It's a great modern apartment with secure access and Anytime fitness literally downstairs in the building. Fully furnished (except the bedroom) with all the household appliances you could dream of including a juicer, blender, sandwich press, smoothie maker etc. and of course the essentials; a dishwasher, oven, washing machine, refrigerator etc. Currently I have Netflix, Amazon and Stan, there is no charge for these as I am happy to cover them myself, but definitely contribute if you want :). Each of the bedrooms have an electric wall heater which is pretty efficient, but for the living area there is an air conditioner which gets the place nice and warm (or cool). Naturally you would have your own spacious bathroom which means no sharing :) Bills and expenses: Gas: Included Netflix & Amazon Prime: Included Electricity (included as long as car space remains sub-leased during business hours) Water ($80 a quarter total) Internet ($35 a month each)

Hello! If you looking for a private, fully furnished room, this could be the place for you! No need to pay bills as they are all included in the price. This is the sort of house you can feel at home and have your space. Very close to transport, both train and tram! We are looking for a clean, responsible and considerate person to move in to this furnished room ASAP, preferably by June 3rd. Good sized room available, with Queen size bed, desk and chair! The rest of the house is also furnished, there is a large living room and dining areas downstairs and many quality appliances that you are free to use. These include a washer, dryer and dishwasher. Located in one of the best locations in Richmond and very close to the popular cafe Friends of Mine, tram stop and Burnley train station. It's a short walk to the great shops and cafes/restaurants in Swan St and Bridge Rd. Only five minutes by train to the city and Swinburne University, so would also suit an international student. You will be sharing the house with 3 females (all professionals). Female professional or International students are preferred. This is the sort of house to come to where you can come home and have a friendly chat, as well as have your own space. Please note, we are not a loud party house. We would like someone who is respectful of other housemates, If this isn't you, please do not apply. If it does sound like you, we would love to meet you! The room is $1174 PCM \ which is inclusive of bills. These bills include wifi-internet (ADSL2) and utilities (electricity, water and gas). This is a good deal so we would like someone that is responsible with usage and doesn't leave things on and take it for granted. * Rent includes ALL bills and the room/ apartment is fully furnished and equipped! Bills can add up very quickly and very pricey, so make sure you factor that in for places that don't have them included ****** Payment details: The security bond is $1000, and if you are picked, the bond must be paid before the room is secured for you. This room's board/rent amount is $1174 Per calendar month, payable at start of the rent month (this includes bills in the amount). How is the the monthly amount calculated??? : We pay on the same date each month, paid monthly (not every 4 weeks) making it easier for all. Monthly rent is calculated with the formula: week = Per Calendar Month × 12 / 365.25 × 7 or $270 = $1174 x 12 / 365.25 x 7 We each pay our own board money before the month starts. So if your month starts on the 23rd, it will be due on the 22nd. So in other words, the board is paid at the start of the month to cover the month ahead ***** Thanks for looking! if you are interested, please let me know a bit about yourself and we can schedule a visit Sorry no couples

I'm looking for someone to join me in this apartment in Richmond! 🏠 It's a two bedroom apartment on the first floor of a large-ish complex of apartments/units in the Burnley end of Richmond. There's one bathroom/laundry, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area and a small balcony. The room is unfurnished. I have the communal areas pretty well covered but you're welcome to add any of your own items, especially any outdoor furniture you may have. A car space is available in the secure underground car park. There’s a heating/cooling unit in the living area and a dishwasher. 📍It's about a 5 minute walk to the Bridge Road trams (routes 48 and 75), about a 9-10 minute walk to Swan St and Burnley station on the Lilydale/Belgrave lines, and not far from the Yarra Trail, cafés like Patch and Touchwood, and an Officeworks. (So if you're passionate about cycling, coffee and/or post-it notes, this could be the place for you.) 🛏 The room is $1173.50/month for a single person or $1450 for a couple, plus bills (electricity, water, Internet). Bond is $1620 for a single / $2180 for a couple (sorry, it will only let me list the bond in relation to number of weeks' rent on here). It has a built-in wardrobe with sliding door mirrors, a Queen bed should fit and you could comfortably get a double bed in there. It has an unusual, narrow alcove (classic Melbourne nu-apartment architecture) that would either be a good place for a very small desk and chair, or maybe somewhere to store a bike. You: 💰are able to pay rent and utility/Internet bills on time; 🏡 have ideally had some prior experience in shared housing; 🧹 are relatively neat and tidy; 🏳️🌈 are queer friendly; 🚭 are not a smoker (the building is non-smoking); 😿 don't have a pet (sorry!) Preference would be given to people looking for something long-term - I started a 12 month lease on April 30. Couples are welcome to apply but note that there is just the one bathroom and the flat is cosy. Start date flexible but the sooner the better!
