Spacious townhouse with a back courtyard, plenty of common living space, a large bathroom, very spacious kitchen with gas stove top and decently sized room. Parking permits are available, house is near enough fully furnished but the bedroom isn't. Sorry, no couples.
This is a fantastic area! Just around the corner from trams, trains, parks, gyms and great food. The house has a big open plan, air conditioned living and kitchen which leads out onto a 2nd floor balcony with leafy views, and a hint of the city. There's a fantastic stereo and projector for movies, no TV in the lounge though.

Beautiful outdoor area with overhanging vines and outdoor dining suite. Happy house with good vibes! Ideal location between Bridge road, Swan and Church. Cafes, parks and the Richmond trains station on the doorstep. Quite spacious with second sitting room /study. Also plenty of room for bikes etc in the garden shed. The house is a spacious (in Richmond standards) 3 bedroom townhouse. It has two and half bathrooms and a great outdoor courtyard for entertaining. It's currently fully furnished (with the exception of your future bedroom and an entertainment unit) however we are open to negotiating if you have things you want to bring, otherwise you don't actually need much. Its in close proximity to trams and Burnley station. It's a great location being close to shops, several of Richmond’s many pubs and bars, restaurants, cafes and numerous gyms. The room receives a lot of day light, with a large window however has blinds if you prefer the dark. The room is on the small/medium side of things but easily fits a double or queen bed. It also has a built in wardrobe with mirrored doors. It has a fan and ducted gas heating. Move in date has some flexibility. Rent is paid monthly being $945 per calendar month. Beautiful two-story town house in the heart of Richmond. Two bedrooms and three bathrooms, with city views from the balcony and open plan living area. Very light and spacious with modern appliances. The available room and private bathroom are on a separate floor to the second bedroom and living areas. You would have lots of space and privacy as well as a comfortable communal area that you are welcome to personalise so you feel at home. Heating and air-con in both living area and bedrooms. There is also a garage and parking space which you would have full use of. Very quiet location but close to all bars, cafes and restaurants on Swan Street and Bridge Road including trams, Burnley train station, Burnley Park and the Yarra River all within a 5 minute walk. Small bathroom with double shower all in great condition, as the apartment was built within last 5 years or so. All neighbours are really lovely and in the two years we’ve lived here we did not have any complaints. Located in Richmond on Bridge Rd right opposite the Richmond Town hall with tram 48, 75 going into city (10min ride to Flinders) and 78 down Church St. Its about 30 min walk into city with Abbotsford convent around the corner and MCG, Fitzroy gardens within 15-20 min walk. There’s fresh fruit and veggies market across the street every Saturday morning 7am-1pm, which has wonderful community and is very convenient and cheap. There's also Coles around the corner as backup.
