Hi, I have recently purchased a property in East Maitland, where I live with my older sister and older brother (although he's away for work during the week and some weekends) so mostly just the older sister and I on any given week day. We are friendly and polite. We have a fully furnished house, with the exception of your room, although it has a bed and desk if you wanted to use it we could discuss. I am 32 and my sister is 37. We would prefer someone who is easygoing and friendly, happy to work in with the house chores. We pay a cleaner fortnightly atm and that's $10 per week. The house has nbn, ducted air, nice kitchen, the house is about 10 years old, so it's pretty reasonable. It has a verandah around 1/2 the house which I am working on having some of it enclosed with blinds. By Monday the house will have a 9kw solar system on it, reducing the power consumption. In time we will discuss if you want to get in on a bills savings plan that we have going to save towards bills weekly. Bills are split, at this stage, 3 ways with you, 4 ways.
