It's a new 4 bedroom house in a great spot, a 10 minute drive from Stockland Glendale, and easy access to the M1. There's a bus stop across the street, and we're only a few hundred metres away from the Cameron Park IGA, which is really handy! You'll be moving in to an established house, so all common areas are furnished and you only need to bring your personal belongings and bedroom furniture, and you'll be sharing a bathroom with one other person. The only "rule" about the house is that the cats are not, at any point, to be let outside. They are exclusively indoor animals, and you need to be aware of that and capable of making sure the front/back doors are closed at all times. That said, they don't try to escape at all, so it shouldn't be a problem :) Your room is the largest of the bedrooms at 3.5m x 3.3m, with built in wardrobe. It currently has Jess's stuff in it (the bed is king size, to give you an idea). We're not allowed to have dogs at the house, but if you have a cat or other small animal that would be fine.
I am looking for a mature, level headed person to move into my house. It is a beautiful modern 4 by 2, with large gloss tiles throughout the living area and carpet in the bedrooms. I own 2 lovable rag doll cats. Bills are split evenly on a monthly basis. Beau and i are both quite a quiet pair and mostly keep to ourselves however we are happy for a chat. We both work full time and enjoy exploring on the weekends. We also have our amazing dog Boo who loves cuddles from everybody. We can provide as many or as little in terms of furnishing for your room. We are a non smoking household with a rotating chores roster to keep the house functioning and tidy. The house is situated in a new area of East Maitland! It's not to far from Green Hills Shopping Centre (5 min drive) Accross from a park! Quiet neighbourhood! Spacious living and kitchen area! Your room will be at one end whilst mine is down the other so no living in each other's pockets. I'm slowly buying furniture and more Appliances so if you have any to contribute then it's more then welcome! a lovely 4 bedroom house located on the highway between green hills shopping center and victoria street station. whole house has been painted and floor boards polished. single bathroom with toilet and a big shower. there is a 2nd toilet on the back of the house but that will be soon renovated into a complete bathroom and also dining room. we currently use the lounge room or porch as a dining room. we have 2 clothes lines, a big shed, a washing machine but not a dryer. its a great place! 180pw includes: rent - water - electricity - 100mbps nbn internet - netflix/stan
