Now let's talk about the place: -The unit is a great space with a lot of natural light, it has beautiful floating timber floors and a very spacious renovated kitchen with an oven and 4 burner gas hob, fridge and great views to the city. -Compact bathroom with floor to ceiling white tiles, shower, vanity, toilet. -High ceilings throughout -Secure covered car space (my housemate is currently using it but you can have a chat and take turns or something if you have a car. There is plenty of off street parking if you want as well, the area is very safe, so no issues with that) -The room has really nice views of the city and a good size floor to ceiling mirrored built in robe. It is not furnished so feel free to bring your own things. What can I tell you, Norwood is a really good area to live in. You will live a few minutes walk to the Parade, Coles, Foodland and even Hoyts. There are plenty of food and clothes shops, chemist, medical centers, gyms and so on. Besides is really close to the city so if you are a student or just happen to work in the CBD this will be quite convenient. The rent is 165 a week without bills, but believe me, this place is not huge so you won't be getting any surprises. We can have a chat about the previous bills if you want. Bond 650.
