Fantastic town house on the edge of the city. Close to Norwood Parade and St Peters. You can easily walk/ride into the city through Victoria Racecourse. The house has air conditioning and is well furnished but happy to change things up. Garage parking is avaliable.
Great location, only 20 minute walk from the CBD and a 1 minute walk to the local shops and cafe. The room size is 3.32 x 3.83 and is on the bottom floor and the room comes with free internet. There is a large common room and 3 bedrooms upstairs. There are 2 toilets and one shared bathroom as well. Bed and desk can be provided into room or you can bring your own things. We have 6 solar panels which reduce the electricity bill and we only pay excess water which we spilt between 4. We have an outdoor setting area which is great for entertaining.

The house is a great old cottage in a quiet area of the CBD, close to everything and with trees and the parklands very close by. The place is a little old but quite spacious and comfortable, with a nice backyard (plenty of room to hang a couple of hammocks), a garden, spacious kitchen and free parking out front. The apartment complex also includes a BBQ, tennis court and sauna. There is an allocated carpark which I park in, however it's usually pretty easy to find a park on the street.
