The house has a lot of character, hidden at the end of the driveway we have a lot of privacy, a beautiful backyard, a long wooden deck and a pool. - When? Early March. - Bedroom? Unfurnished - we do have some extra pieces of furniture if you need to but no beds. - Rent and Bills? All bills included in rent (Unlimited internet, water, gas and electricity) Rent for the small bedroom is $250 per week. No couples. No pets.
We have an expansive home location and outlook. The house is on a rural setting yet so close to 2 cafe and shopping destinations and 15 mins from 3 great beaches. Our kitchen is HUGE, and if you like a weekend pastry the property is 2 mins to Newrybar cafe restaurant and shops, 5 mins to Bangalow shops cafes, club, sporting fields, markets etc. we like a clean stylish warm and loving home. We've got a spare room available to rent in our quiet share house. Rent is $150 a week an includes water and unlimited internet. $300 bond.The power bill is just shared between the 3 of us equally each quarter. The room is huge and you’ll have your own entrance. The house hold is non smoking, no drugs, and no partying. We are mostly out during the day (school and work) but around on weekends.
