We live in a great location.... we are close to the shops, pub, rsl the boat ramp, Noosa river and double island point. 10min drive to Hastings st and Noosa’ iconic beaches and national park. We have two living spaces and entertainment area outside. And descant back yard. We do have a few oldies that live in our street so no crazy party animals. We are looking for someone who is neat and tidy and responsible for looking after their stuff as well as ours. As the kitchen and laundry are shared. This house is partially furnished so it must be looked after. No pets as we already have two dogs. Prefer someone who is fifo and over 25.

Beautiful even cooking. this is a 3 bay insulated shed, but can get hot in summer. i think the aircon has a timer, but have to sort that out. the aircon is relatively new, so its freezing cold when needed. bedroom and lounge have roof fans. Exit your car with plenty of space and enter your apartment which is fully screened off from my house, we just share driveway. Our Property is on a large section with 2 private Court accesses. Tenant would have own entrance to house, own Queen room, large built in robes, and own bathroom (may need to share with visitors occasionally). Master suite (our room) is at one end of the property and tenants room and bathroom at the other end so there is privacy. Queen bed can be left in room or removed if need. Rent includes unlimited nbn internet and all bills. Our area has nature reserve quite close so it is a peaceful area. Even though we are only 5 mins drive from Noosa river, it feels miles away. 12 mins drive to Hastings street and Noosa main beach. There is also public bus service at the end of our street that goes directly to Noosa every hour. Ideally we are looking for someone ages between 25-35, working full time hours and non-smoker.
