It is a 2bedx1bath apartment, beach front, 8 minutes to Mosman Park train station, fully furnished and equipped. I work full time in the city, kite surfer, rockclimber and skydiver, pretty much into any type of sports, easy going, like to chill out at home or at the beach, like to have occasional beers at home or at the pub with friends and looking for someone likeminded. The best part of this beautiful old home is the location. We're about 5 minutes walk from the center of Fremantle. There is also overhead fans and high ceilings in every room so it's nice and cool in the summer. Pets are allowed but we have a cat and a very small backyard so it's probably only suitable for 1 other cat or an older/less energetic dog.
North Fremantle is a great location with Bars, Cafes & Restaurants across the road & the river only a two minute walk away. The beach & Fremantle are a nice 5-10 minute bike ride, plus there is a bus stop & the North Fremantle train station within close proximity. The bedroom is large & spacious with built in robes & a private bathroom upstairs. For convenience there is a toilet & laundry/wash basin directly outside the room. Double garage for off street parking. The townhouse has an outdoor porch area with a generous open living plan.

Located 200 metres from Fremantle Arts Centre and swimming pool and only a hop, skip and a jump from central Fremantle (10minute walk) and Port Beach :-) $200 a week + bills. The courtyard is private and peaceful, a wonderful place to chill on a hot summers afternoon or sit protected in the morning sun during the winter months! And when the Fremantle Arts Centre have concerts you can enjoy listening to 'free' chill out music :- )

The house - its huge, fully furnished, 5 bedrooms (one is used as an office and storage), 2 large living areas, big open plan kitchen, large outdoor courtyard and bbq area, ducted air con, fireplace and unlimited wifi. The rooms - get loads of sun, has windows on 2 walls so is really light, has ducted aircon, has a wardrobe and carpeted floors. You will need your own bedroom furniture. The house is furnished (excuse the photos, they are our real estate ones) so you wont need anything except stuff for your bedroom, but we have loads of space if you want to bring stuff also. The bond is 2 weeks rent, Utilities are approx $15 a week and we pay as the bills come in. The location - We are on Grant St, 2 mins walk from the train station, 5 mins walk to the beach. The Eric St shops are one street over, Daisies is our local institution across the road for the best coffee and sausage rolls in town. The Cott shops are 3 mins up Stirling Hwy, and the OBH is dangerously close. So it's pretty handy to everything! Our lease is up around the end of November so short term only. My current housemate Tom is currently looking to relocate to Melbourne in about a month and so Clare and I are currently looking for a friendly, laid back, tidy professional to come take the spare room anytime from 20th of August.
