Someone that will pitch in with general house cleaning too. I've also got an adorable fur baby (Lola)! She's a miniature Doberman and she's the cutest little thing ever and you're guaranteed to fall in love ❤️ So needs to be happy around dogs too :) I take great care of her so you won't need to worry about her much. Views are amazing you can see the sun setting over the sea. The balcony is sun drenched . Aircon is never needed as the Fremantle Dr is cooling and blows through. The bathroom has a bath / shower. The place is light and airy , seperate laundry room also. Good strorage. I have my own portable wifi, 70 bucks per month cause up till now have lived alone. It’s good coverage as is affordable . I have Netflix also.
