Itâ€™s only a few steps down to south Cottesloe beach and a 5 min walk to the Cottesloe cafe/bar strip. Our favorite live music bar Rodney's is also just around the corner :-) Mosman park train station is about 5 min walk away which gives you easy access to Perth and Freo. Weâ€™re two easy going girls. We are both into sports and music, love watching the sunset from the beach even if its getting colder outside. We love camping, traveling and all sorts of adventures. We're situated in Mosman Park, close to Peppermint Grove. Both the beach and the river are within walking distance, and we're really close to the Mosman Park train station, Coles, IGA, and other various food outlets. The house is fully-furnished apart from the room you will be moving into. We have high speed cable internet (we are all gamers), fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, 50 inch TV, two large communal living areas, washing line, coffee machine, etc.
