It takes about 2 minutes to walk to the beach and about 5 minutes to the OBH. This fully furnished house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 3 large storage areas. The available room just has a queen bed, but if you have your own I can move it out.. Ideally I am looking for someone in their 20s or 30s, with fulltime employment. It’s not a party house, but I don’t have a problem with having friends over for drinks or social visits etc. I like to keep the house clean and tidy, so definitely looking for a like minded person. There's a great cafe just 200m away, open for breakfast and lunch, & Coles supermarket is only 500m from our front door. Camelot Open-air cinema (open summer/autumn) is also just 500m from us, easy walk. They also have yoga classes etc at the Camelot. If you have a car, there is plenty of street parking; lovely quiet street 98% of the time, the other 2% is school drop-off/pick-up time.
