We have 2 rooms that have become available in our beautiful beach house in Mosman Park. Peaceful and secure 4 bedroom house with a great front yard , bbq area and patio. Its 800m to the beach, 200m to Coles and shops/bars and right on the Freo train line! Looking for a fun, clean, respectable and professional person to move in. I live with my partner but we have our own room and ensuite at the back of the house. Don't worry, we defiantly are not the public affection type so there will be no awkward cuddles on the couch whilst we are all hanging out watching tv :) One room is large and one slightly smaller. Both with new carpet, aircon, big windows with lots of natural lighting. The bigger room has 3 huge built in wardrobes with full-length mirror. The other room has a big wardrobe to. The main bathroom has just been renovated and all totally brand new with a big free standing bath, huge new frameless shower and lots of room with a new vanity and storage. We all work fulltime, love a few drinks and big cook ups on the weekends and spending quality time with friends and family. We have a dog called bear who can be a little shy but is a big softy and loves a cuddle once he gets to know you! He loves his dog mates so if have a furry friend, this wouldn't be an issue. The house has FOXTEL and that is included. Bills not included in the price, internet, electricity etc can be discussed though. There is a huge new washing and dryer in the house too! There is a spare room which we keep empty so If you ever have friends or family needing to stay then it comes in super handy. The room is huge (roughly 6x4m), will be unfurnished, but the rest of the house is furnished. This house is great for students as it is a 10 minute walk to the beach and train station. The 102 bus to UWA stops 20m from the house. Kirkwood cafe is next door.

I have just moved to a lovely older home in Mosman Park, great location, park across the road, 2 streets from Station. A nice walk to the river and the beach is about 10 minutes’ walk. I share my home with my kelpie girl who could do with some more company as I work in Fremantle and spend the working day there. The house is rather nice, still putting things in place to make it workable and nice. The ceilings are high and airy, with plenty of storage space with big shed, courtyards and garden. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom which again is new and clean, even a bath.
Great accommodation in a large house with riverside setting. The house is quiet due to good separation of living spaces and would suit a mature person who is working hard or studying. Shared facilities such as kitchen, dining and living have a fabulous view of the river and Fremantle Port. Artistic decor with all modern appliances and open plan kitchen. The property has a pool and barbecue area. Port Beach is only 5 minutes away and Fremantle is in walking distance. This is a no party house and we respect privacy but flatmates enjoy a quiet wine or meal together on weekends.
The house is ideally located close to the river, the sea and the supermarket. It is a 10 min walk to the closest train station, as well as to the bus stops on Stirling Hwy. For those of us less inclined to walk, the 107 bus stop is 50-100m away from the house. As well as that, Coles and IGA along with Baker's Delight, Fish and Chips, kebab shops and the liqour store is also a 10 min walk away. The house is a period home, it has high decorated ceilings which are really pretty to look at while you are lying in bed. It also comes with a little, rugged garden, as well as a veggie patch for the gardening enthusiast. Or even if you're not an enthusiast, the garden is so low maintenance but looks extremely beautiful at all times. As well as that, the house comes with a resident cat - Puss Puss. It would be great if you also loved, or at least tolerate living with cats. ALL bills - wifi, water, gas and electricity is included in your weekly rent. We just ask for you to be environmentally friendly and use as little energy as possible
