I am looking to rent out the spare bedroom in my beautiful apartment overlooking the ocean at the base of Castle Hill. This apartment has a great view and is within walking distance to both the strand and city. This unfurnished room is carpeted, has a new air conditioner and three large built in cupboards (2 hanging, 1 shelved + storage cupboards above). This is a beautiful little house in a very central location, 5 mins walk to Flinders Street and to the Strand. It is tucked away off the road (up 50+ steps!!) and has great views over the city and to Mount Stuart. The house has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a large living/dining area, a kitchen and a large terrace.
