This is such a great apartment! It's newish, quite big (over 100²m), and has plenty of storage. It has a really nice kitchen, if you're into cooking it has Smeg appliances and gas cooking. The place is located on the Foreshore, just a few 100m from Supabarn, the lake, bars and restaurants. If you work in Barton like I do it's also an easy walk to work. Your room is unfurnished (ready to move in). It is quite big and has its own private bathroom (and bath!). It also has a huge built-in wardrobe. The best part about living here is that it is walking distance to everything you’d want including the Kingston foreshore, depot markets, gyms and boutiques. You’ll have your own space (bathroom, bedroom and park) with some nice common areas. The Netflix on the TV in the lounge room is also shared.
Hi all, Still available - I am taking some time off work to live and study in Europe from the 25th May till the 10th of August (Don't mind mid to late June takers). So my master bedroom (with ensuite) in Kingston (practically across the road from old Kingston shops will be vacant during this time.
