The house is lovely and bright with the kitchen dining and living in communal areas. Facilities are new including a newer washing machine, stove and fridge. The rooms are larger than your typical share houses with carpeted floors with aerials and power points in each room. Built in robes are huge allowing lots of room for storage within your room. The back yard is spacious with a large washing line. We don't currently have pets but are open to them, apart from cats as Jacob is allergic.
