The house is located in a quiet court with large outdoor entertainment area. There are 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and double car garage, driveway can also fit in two more cars if needed. I am looking for 2 housemate to share the place, totally will be 3 occupants in the house. The house has evaporative cooler and wall heater. Lounge room is equipped with smart tv, sound bar, a lot of movies, tv shows, Netflix, unlimited nbn network and robot cleaner. I just moved in and am still buying furnitures to fill in the place. Picture here shows the smaller room (3.2 x 3.2 m) with a standard Queen bed in there. The bigger room is about 4.1 x 3.5 m and can easily fit in a king bed. Furnitures in the lounge room is different from the picture but just to give you a general idea how it looks like. I have an indoor cat and he likes to cuddle with humans. I have another area downstairs you are welcome to use for leisure or study. I have another area for storage should you need to store items. I work full time and my young son is here every second week. He’s at high school and will sometimes have a friend over but they won’t bother you. I have pets so if you don’t like cats and dogs this may not be the place for you. They are very friendly and won’t bother you. If you are an animal person they will give you lots of love and cuddles. Unfortunately this means that I can’t accommodate your pets. We are a quiet household. We are not a party house so if you’re looking for a raging place this isn’t it. We can be fun too but we will respect your needs for privacy. There are lots of fun things to do around Eltham. We have a bike and helmet you can borrow any time to get around locally. We have lots of cafes close by. Eltham is a lovely place to live. I have been here for 30 years.
