Very spacious house in a great location! We are just a short drive to the Plaza, Train Station and a Woolworths. Friendly street and neighbourhood, with lots of parks nearby. Loads of privacy with a generous sized room. I currently have a queen bed in there and still have plenty of room for activities! My favourite thing about this house is definitely the front balcony, perfect for sunset viewing and an afternoon tea (or wine). Bills are not included in the rent, however, they are never too extreme anyway as we divide them equally. We pay our rent a month ahead, so a months rent is required up front, as well as a bond, which also, is a month worth of rent. And we are preferably looking for someone around the same age (20-30).

Hey :) My current housemate of two awesome years is moving in with her boyfriend so I'm looking for someone to take her place. The house in located in South Morang. It's 5 minutes drive from all shops (Plenty Valley Westfield) and the train station (or 15 mins walking if you prefer), and the train is about 30 - 45 mins into the CBD. RMIT Bundoora is 15 mins drive straight down Plenty Road and La Trobe is probably another 15 mins further on. The house itself is very new and modern with gas cooking and heating, evaporative cooling and heaps of space. It's three bedrooms, with one being a sort of computer room/storage room. The house sits in a quiet street with awesome neighbours and access to heaps of little parks and some pretty cool lookouts and walking/running tracks. There is a nature reserve directly across the road from the house so it gives the place a more spacious, relaxed feel and you can often find yourself sharing the view with kangaroos and other wildlife. The room available is at the other end of the house. You'll have a complete, massive bathroom to yourself (there is a small en suite off my room which is all I need) which can all be isolated from the rest of the house with a sliding door should you prefer more privacy. I love this place, and living here has made some memories I'm not likely to forget and I'm confident it will have the same effect on you.
