I live here by myself, although my partner may stay at times. It's a quiet house in a quiet neighbourhood. The house is very secure and you would have access to a lockup garage and your own entry. I have Foxtel and WiFi that you can utilise. I have a couple of pets including a very friendly dog and a carpet snake who stays in her vivarium :).
