The house is very spacious and you will have all of the "family area" to make into your own lounge room or study if you like. The house is located 20m from a park and a 20 minute downhill walk to the train station. Your bedroom (Bed 2 or 3) is a good size with a built in robe and is located at the other end of the house so you will have complete privacy. There is a toilet and bathroom next to the room which will almost be exclusively used by you as my partner and I use our ensuite. We already have all the necessities, ducted cooling, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, lawn, garden, dining table etc so all you need to do is bring your bed!
