About the Room: The room painted in brilliant white and is a is furnished with a new double sized super comfy bed, as well as having a double wardrobes. Included in the rent $315 per week rent, will be the gas and electricity and high speed broadband internet. Only a 5 min walk around the corner to Crows Nest which is really nice and has some cool cafes! The building I live in has a gym which has just been newly equipped with technogym machines (its awesome) and there is also a pool and spa, all included in rent! There is a 24/7 concierge which makes this building really comfortable to live in! I also have one free car spot in the car park.
