This modern apartment is a convenient 5-10 minute walk to public transport (St Leonards Station, buses) and still quiet! Food options and supermarkets in Crows Nest are an easily walkable option, but the kitchen is also reasonably sized and equipped with a gas stove and stainless appliances. The bathroom is uncramped, with a very spacious shower and a bathtub also. I love the tonnes of natural light it gets with high ceilings in the living room, and sunrises from the shared rooftop terrace are a bonus!
