The building complex is modern and of a high finish that comes with security video intercom entrance as well as 24hour CCTV surveillance. All appliances in the air conditioned apartment are literally brand new and of excellent quality too. St Leonards train station/buses/shops/restaurants is about 5 minutes walking distance. You will have access to a fully equipped gymnasium, indoor pool, Spa and Sauna. The apartment is a smoke free. About the Room: The room painted in brilliant white and is a large room that is furnished with a new Queen sized super comfy bed, as well as having three built in double wardrobes.( the room does not have an en-suit, you would share a large bathroom with on other person who is also from the UK a tennis coach) Included in the rent $340 per week rent, will be the gas and electricity, and high speed broadband internet. Rent is paid on a fort nightly basis as is the additional $30 cleaner fee that we each pay for the hired help. The room is available from the 2nd June 2019.
