My house is located in a seaside town. It is only about a 900 meter walk to the beach. And the Ocean Grove Market Place Shopping centre which contains a Woolworths Supermarket is only a 15 minute walk or 2minute drive away. Also the city of Geelong is only a 20minute drive too.
Great location and only a few hundred meters from the beach. Located close to shops, restaurants and is in a nice quiet street. The room comes with private en suite bathroom and walk in robe. It is currently furnished but I am flexible with moving part or all furniture out. Cats are in this room at night. Inside, is a fully functioning family home with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, lounge & open kitchen. All facilities available for use. We are all healthy, busy and happy people. I am music teacher during the school terms and often gig on weekends. My niece (21) is studying at Deakin & usually in her room, or back home with her family. Her large room will be sublet over Summer. My daughter (21) loves going to the gym and is often out and about. We have 3 friendly puppies that love people. Outdoors is a leafy, relaxing garden and spacious patio area. Wifi is unlimited excellent cable internet, and town is a 4 minute drive straight up Portarlington Rd, or a 10 minute bus ride (bus stop 3 doors away) Rules are basic - 2 weeks notice required prior to vacating, tidy up after yourself, & be kind to the humans & animals.
