There are 3 living areas in the house (1 downstairs and 2 upstairs) with one of the rooms having a pool table which is fun. The house has a nice leafy back yard with some shady spots to chill. Lastly the house is all furnished and has all the kitchen equipment, fridge space etc to make setting up after moving in easy. Parking: Plenty of of street parking in a very quiet street Location: The house is located on 82 Central Avenue– feel free to do some googling to see if this location works for you. If you going to UQ then its pretty much perfect. Rent, Bond and Bills: ALL BILLS INC IN RENT! This includes power, gas, water and unlimited internet. Bond is 4 x rent. If you can’t come up with the 4 weeks bond straight away I miiiiight be able to accept 2 weeks to start with however I will make that call once I meet you. Other things you should know ☺ No pets sorry No strict house rules… just the obvious stuff like clean up after yourself, be respectful to others, and do your fair share of house work. We get a cleaner in around every month to give the house a good once over and as mentioned above we also get the lawns mowed which is all included in the rent. Who we are looking for… Keen on getting someone in who can pay rent on time (obviously) and knows how to clean up after themselves. Basically just someone who is respectful and has their shit together and drama free. Couples: Happy to accept couples. Please note rent will be $30 extra though.

IGA, cafes, bakery, subway, newsagents, Chinese, Thai restaurants - 5 minute drive down the road to some really nice Chinese restaurants, a great cup of coffee at the local saint and co, all your necessary groceries. Toowong shopping village - 10 minute bus trip on any city bound bus (412), or 30minute walk. The Rooms Room 1- The room is furnished with a double mattress, medium to large study desk, chair (optional) and large clothes cupboard with section for hanging clothes. I also have a fan which you can have. It is a pretty large room for the price, you can really shape it and design it however you like. Room 2- This is a small room suited to a student who prefers a minimalist lifestyle. It has a built in wardrobe and medium sized storage space. Comes unfurnished other than a chest of drawers, could suit a double bed or smaller. This is the cheapest room to rent in the house.

This house would be perfect for someone studying at UQ, as the location is a 50m walk from a bus that takes honestly 2 minutes to UQ. I like to walk in which takes around 15-20 mins, but on a bike it is less than 5 minutes! We are even closer to the Hawken Village shopping centre with an IGA and restaurants. The house comes fully furnished and so do the rooms (flexible if you want to bring your own stuff), everything is set up and ready to go, we just need you! Rent includes all bills except electricity (gas, water, internet included). There is netflix loaded on the TV, ceiling fans in all rooms, a pretty sensational bathtub in the shared bathroom and a deck out the back with some genuinely great summer vibes.
